If you are a registered member on MicroX platform, you have provided personally identifiable information to the National eLearning Center. We may use this information in various ways to deliver learning services and improve the quality of learning.

When you use MicroX platform, one or more cookies may be sent to your computer. A cookie is a small text file that contains a string of alphanumeric characters used to uniquely identify your browser and help you access and navigate websites more quickly. A cookie can transmit information to NeLC about how you use MicroX platform (for example, the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take on FutureX platform) and allows NeLC to track your use of MicroX platform over time. Session’s cookies are temporary and they disappear after you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your hard drive after you close your browser, making it easier for you to reuse MicroX platform. Persistent cookies can be deleted by following the instructions provided by your browser. You can also reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is used. However, some features of MicroX platform may not function properly if cookie acceptance is disabled.

We handle the information we know about you with complete confidentiality when you use our website. Personal information, such as emails, are stored on MicroX platform database and are protected by services that prevent search engines from reading the content or unauthorized access.

D. Deleting or Editing Your Personal Information

As a user of MicroX platform, you can log in using your email address and password to view and edit your personal information by modifying your user profile page. NeLC makes every effort to protect your privacy and security by verifying your identity when you use our system. You can contact NeLC at any time by sending an email to MicroX support office at microx.care@elc.edu.sa with any inquiries or concerns.

E. Disclosure of Information

NeLC is committed to handling the information and data collected through MicroX platform responsibly. We do not sell or trade your personally identifiable information. You agree that NeLC may access, retain, and disclose any information or content you provide if required by law or if we reasonably believe that such access, retention, or disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with legal processes; (b) enforce this agreement; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for service; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of users of FutureX platform, both private and public. This includes advertising content displayed on your user profile page.

MicroX platform may include links to specific third-party websites. NeLC does not own, monitor, or operate such websites and is not responsible for their privacy policies or practices. Privacy policies and practices on those websites may differ from our own. You use these websites at your own risk. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these websites before disclosing any personally identifiable information.
